Who provides the service
Recovery Now is a brand of Haul Now Vehicles Recovery EST., licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism for transporting and towing vehicles (licence no. 1658837). Some jobs are carried out by licensed partner recovery companies, and we always tell you who is coming.
Your price
- Every job is priced on the distance from pickup to drop-off. You get the final price on WhatsApp or by phone before the truck moves.
- The price you agree is the price you pay. The driver does not add fees when he arrives.
- The price only changes if the job changes, for example a different drop-off, or a car that is not where you told us. We tell you the new price first, and you decide whether to go ahead.
Cancelling
- Free until the truck sets off.
- After the truck has set off: AED 50, to cover the drive.
- Single-car trips paid in advance: a full refund if you cancel before the truck sets off. Larger or multi-car jobs follow the terms in your written quote.
- If we cannot finish the job for a reason on our side, you pay nothing.
Paying and receipts
- Pay by cash or card after your car is delivered.
- You get a receipt for every job, on WhatsApp or on paper.
If your car is damaged
- Check your car when it is delivered.
- Report any damage within 24 hours, with photos, on WhatsApp at 058 664 6776 or by email at [email protected].
- We review the photos and the driver’s report and reply within 2 working days. If the damage happened during our job, we pay for the repair at a garage we agree on together.
