Who we are

Recovery Now was started by an Emirati founder after his own car broke down on the way to University City. Waiting on the roadside without knowing the price or the arrival time showed what drivers actually need: a clear price, an honest arrival time, and people who care about the car.

How we work

• You send two locations: where the car is, and where it needs to go.
• You get one exact price before the truck moves. It does not change when we arrive.
• We use flatbed trucks, with straps on the wheels, never on the body.
• We work every day from 8am to midnight, across Dubai and Sharjah.

Where we are today

We are a new company. Our trade licence is being issued. Until then, some jobs are carried out by our licensed partner recovery companies, and we always tell you who is coming.

Recovery Now is an independent private company. We are not affiliated with the RTA, Dubai Police or any other government entity.
